學生社團器材借用管理辦法

學生事務會議訂定

第一條  慈濟學校財團法人慈濟科技大學(以下簡稱本校)為有效管理

        器材之借還規範,特訂定「慈濟學校財團法人慈濟科技大學

        學生社團器材借用管理辦法」(以下簡稱本辦法)。

第二條  管理單位:學生事務處課外活動指導組(以下簡稱本組)。

第三條  學生社團器材係指本組保管並提供社團活動使用之器材,器

        材名稱、規格與數量公告於本組網頁,以「大型器材」與

       「小型器材」區分。

第四條  本組器材借用對象以限本校立案核准之學生社團暨系學會及

        行政單位,以學生社團為優先使用,不提供個人活動使用。

第五條  學生社團器材使用規則:

        一、使用前,請確認會操作再行借用,以維護器材品質。

        二、使用時,應遵從各項器材操作手冊說明,並保持器材完

            好。

        三、使用後,應恢復器材整齊、如數如質歸還。

        四、器材一經借用,其保管及維護責任由借用單位負責,如

            有損壞或遺失,視情節輕重賠償,或另行購置相同廠牌

            與規格之器材歸還。

第六條  學生社團器材借用程序:

        一、申請登記:

           1.辦理活動前一週的星期五中午12時前至本組完成預約申

             作業。

           2.攜帶文件:審核過的活動申請書或簽、本組器材借用單

             借用人證件。

        二、領取:

 1.大型器材:請事先與本組器材管理人員預約時間。

 2.小型器材:借用日當天中午12:00-12:20,並確認無故障

   借出。

  三、歸還:

    1.活動結束後,於期限內歸還器材,經清點及確認無問題

      方得退還證件。

    2.器材須於借用期限到期前歸還,除特殊情形且經本組同者外,

      器材一律不能於規定時間外歸還。

第七條  學生社團若違反本辦法之規定,逾時預約、領取、借用者,

        第一次予以口頭勸告並改進。第二次則該社團停止乙次本組

        器材借用權。第次則該學期停止本組器材借用權。

第八條  本辦法經學生事務會議通過,陳請校長核准後公告實施,修時亦同。

 

Guidelines for the Borrowing and Management of

Equipment for Student Club Activities, Tzu Chi University

of Science and Technology

Article 1 The Guidelines for the Borrowing and Management of Equipment for

              Student Club Activities, Tzu Chi University of Science and Technology

              (hereinafter referred to as “the Guidelines”) are established for the purpose

              of enacting effective regulations for the management of equipment by the

              Tzu Chi University of Science and Technology (hereinafter referred to as “the University”).

Article 2 Administration unit: The Student Activity Division of the Office of Student Affairs

              (hereinafter referred to as “the Division”).

Article 3 Equipment for Student Club Activities refers to equipment under the

              management of the Division that is provided for use by student clubs. 

              The equipment name, specifications, and quantity are announced on the 

              Division webpage, and are divided into large and small equipment.

Article 4 Applicable subjects for borrowing equipment are limited to student clubs,

              department student associations, and administration units approved and established by the University.

              Priority is given to student clubs, and the equipment is not available for personal use.

Article 5 Use rules:

        1. To safeguard equipment from damage, students shall confirm they are knowledgeable

            about the equipment’s operating instructions before borrowing it.

        2. Students shall abide by the equipment operation manual and ensure the integrity of the equipment.

        3. Students shall restore the equipment in an orderly fashion or in exact borrowed quantities,

            and return all equipment after use.

        4. The borrowing unit is responsible for the safeguarding and maintenance of the equipment upon borrowing it

            as well as for compensating damage to the equipment, or it may be required to replace the borrowed equipment

            with an equivalent brand, model, and specification.

Article 6 Procedures for borrowing equipment by student clubs:

        1. Application and registration:

1. Students shall complete the registration and reservation procedure with the Division

    before 12 PM on Friday, 1 week before the activity.

2. Required documents: approved application form for organizing the activity,

    the Division form for borrowing equipment,and IDs of the students borrowing the equipment.

        2. Collection of equipment:

                       1. Large equipment: please make an appointment with the Division’s managerial personnel

                           for the equipment beforehand.

                       2. Small equipment: collect the equipment between 12:00 and 12:30 PM on the day it is required,

                           and verify it is properly functioning before borrowing.

        3. Returning the equipment:

1. Students should return the equipment upon the conclusion of the activity and within the deadline.

    They can collect their IDs once all borrowed items have been returned in good condition and accounted for.

2. Students must return equipment before the end of the borrowing period.

    Students shall not return the equipment at times other than those specified

    by the Division unless approved by the Division because of special circumstances.

Article 7 Students violating the present Guidelines for exceeding the registration, borrowing,

              or collection period shall aim to not repeat the offence after receiving a verbal warning.

              Upon a second violation, the student club shall be barred once from borrowing equipment  from the Division,

              and will be barred from borrowing equipment from the Division for the rest of the semester upon a third violation.

Article 8 The present regulations shall be implemented upon approval by an Office of Student Affairs Meeting and the approval

              of and promulgation by the president; the same applies for amendments.
